Gentle Yoga for the New Year

Winter is a time for stillness, quiet reflection, and rest. You are invited to this 90-minute workshop combining gentle movement and Yoga Nidra for an intentionally restful experience that will set the tone for the first part of the new year.

No prior yoga experience necessary, beginners welcome.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is cozy and easy to move in. Mats, blankets, straps and bolsters provided.

Come as you are, which is more than enough.
