Mind & Body Yoga with Sue

This small group class explores tools of yoga, including pranayama (breath work), asana (physical poses) and dhyana (meditation) for a practice designed to make you feel balance and ease in the mind and body. Release physical tension and calm the mind to feel strong and resourced both on and off the yoga mat.

No previous yoga experience required, beginners welcome! Taught by: Sue C
